Currently I am employed at Sutherland Global Services in Upstate NY as a member of the ProStores Technical Support team. Here I troubleshoot and repair customer's web based stores using HTML and CSS. Other times customers will seek advice regarding online marketing and Search Engine Optimization, an area in which I am very comfortable assisting in.

Previously I was employed at Spectra Services working to update their website with new products daily as well as increase rankings on the various search engines. Other tasks here included preparing print pieces to be shipped with the products or to be handed out at trade shows.

My biggest interests online are social networking and online interactions. Not only do I optimize sites for search engines but also seek to use networks such as Facebook, MySpace, Linked In, and Twitter to help build a reputation with the users, not just the search enginge web crawlers.

At this moment I am still keeping my options open to jobs full time, part time, and freelance for everything from basic web design to helping manage Search Enging Optimization (SEO).
